Benita Zahn
Benita Zahn majored in theater at SUNY Oswego before becoming a fixture on Albany television, as a health reporter and news anchor. She is the winner of many local and national awards, produces her own call-in show on public television, and recently received her Masters Degree in Bioethics from Albany Medical College. Zahn has appeared at Fort Salem in cabarets and on the Mainstage, starring in I’m Getting My Act Together and Taking It on the Road and They’re Playing Our Song. Ms. Zahn has also played in numerous other venues throughout the Capital Region. She also produced and directed a production of The Odd Potato as a Hanukkah benefit for the Albany Jewish Community Center.
